The acceptance of transformer installation and construction should generally be checked from the following aspects:

 

 

1. The transformer shall be inspected according to the requirements of the product technical documents. When one of the following conditions is met, the body may not be inspected.

 

1. The manufacturer stipulates that the body is not inspected;

 

2. In-situ production of transformers that are only used for short-distance transportation, and effective supervision during transportation, without abnormal conditions such as emergency braking, severe vibration, collision or severe bumps.

Second, the insulation parts should be free from cracks, defects and porcelain enamel damage, etc., the appearance is clean, and the temperature measurement instrument is accurate.

 

3. After the transformer with the roller is in place, the roller should be fixed with the detachable brake component.

 

4. The transmission part of the on-load tap changer should be well lubricated and flexible in operation. The jog given position is consistent with the actual position of the switch, and the automatic adjustment meets the technical documentation requirements of the product.
